- Oversee daily store operations and customer service
- Coach and mentor team members for skill enhancement
- Collaborate with the Regional Coach for leadership development
- Implement initiatives to improve store performance
- Educate customers on eyewear options and adjustments
- Registered Optician in British Columbia
- 2-4 years management or supervisory experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and technology
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Previous customer service and retail experience preferred
