This role at AIM offers a great opportunity for those new to sales. You will work under experienced account managers, learning to assist in purchasing scrap metal and develop your negotiation skills. Build meaningful networks while contributing to profitability through proactive customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in scrap metal purchases to drive profitability
- Engage with dealers and suppliers to secure repeat business
- Identify potential new customers and sales opportunities
- Expand networks for market intelligence and pricing
- Learn negotiation techniques under senior team guidance
Requirements:
- College Diploma in Commerce or equivalent experience required
- 0-3 years of industrial sales experience preferred
- Valid Class 5 driver's license is a must
- Bilingual in French and English is necessary
- Strong analytical skills for results assessment
