- Manage and triage IT incidents and changes
- Document all IT troubleshooting actions
- Provide comprehensive support for hardware and software
- Serve as IT liaison for business units
- Monitor and address IT security vulnerabilities
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology or related areas
- Minimum of 5 years' IT service experience
- Relevant IT certifications like A+ or CCNA
- Valid driver’s license Class 5
- Experience with LTE networks preferred
