This part-time Virtual Benefits Advisor role works with people who already requested information about financial-protection options. You will receive training, coaching, and measurement based on activity and results. The work follows a written process rather than requiring you to invent the job. It suits competitive, coachable applicants who communicate comfortably with clients. Interviews take place on Zoom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take requested conversations from warm leads
- Explain benefit options simply to clients
- Help clients enroll when appropriate
- Maintain a consistent follow-up rhythm
- Participate in activity and results measurement
Requirements:
- Comfort working remotely
- Competitive and coachable approach
- Comfort speaking with clients
- Comfort appearing on camera
- Ability to work without constant supervision
Use client communication, follow-up, and benefits explanation skills as a remote advisor working with requested conversations.
