Key Responsibilities
• Develop integrated training solutions for customer success
• Analyze market requirements and customer needs
• Conduct training needs assessments during pre-contract phases
• Design scalable and modular training systems
• Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements:
• 15 years of related industry or military experience
• 10 years in defense training program development
• Proven ability to synthesize information into solutions
• Experience in high-risk operational environments
