- Inspect and modify designated tools and dies
- Attend and complete toolroom operation training
- Participate actively in departmental safety and improvement efforts
- Maintain accurate documentation of your work
- Collaborate with trades to enhance productivity and safety
- Enthusiasm for learning about tooling and die making
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail in all processes
- Ability to work independently as apprenticeship progresses
- Knowledge of safety equipment and procedures
