- Meet daily sales targets in assigned stores
- Assist in executing promotional events at locations
- Build strong relationships with store employees
- Maintain Fresh’s high visual merchandising standards
- Conduct regular store visits per schedule
- Relevant experience in the beauty industry
- Mandatory availability Thursday to Sunday
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sephora or Ulta experience is a plus
- Must possess means of transportation
