- Provide direct clinical consultation at the bedside
- Lead education and training for nursing staff
- Coordinate complex care planning and support
- Connect hospital services with harm reduction initiatives
- Enhance knowledge translation across clinical practices
- Registered Nurse with the BC College of Nurses
- Three years of recent relevant experience
- Strong coaching and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of adult education principles
- Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams
