Hiring experienced, hardworking and fully flexible Assistant Manager. ***We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Tim Hortons location Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant Managing labour costs through effective scheduling and floor management Resolving Guest issues and working with the team to deliver excellent Customer Service. Recruitment & Retention and training new Team Members Following up with Restaurant Manager, Operations Managers, and/or Restaurant Owner on a continuous basis regarding profitability, Tim Hortons metrics and audit performance. Provides ongoing performance feedback, uses discussion planners when necessary, and conducts regular performance reviews Supervises and manages performance of Storefront Employees, Production Employees, and Shift Supervisors to ensure all job duties and behaviors are aligned with store policies and applies progressive discipline where needed Must have flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends Have a passion for coaching and mentoring Strong problem-solving, organization and time management skills Strong interpersonal skills (motivating, delegation, conflict management, respect for others, listening) Possess valid Driver’s License and car insurance.
