You will tackle large-scale, complex technical problems, bridging web-scale applications and blockchain technology. Your work will help make cryptocurrency accessible globally, operating real-time, high-frequency, low-latency applications within secure, cloud-based infrastructure. ***Define a long-term vision for maintaining and scaling backend systems and teams. Write high-quality, well-tested code to serve customer needs. At least 5 years of software engineering experience. Experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services with service-oriented architecture. Ability to produce high-quality, tested code. Passion for building an open financial system that unites the world. Experience with growth experiments or A/B testing frameworks. Familiarity with Golang, Ruby, Docker, Rails, Postgres, MongoDB, or DynamoDB. Experience building financial, high-reliability, or security systems. The target annual salary for this position is $185,500 USD, including bonus, equity, and benefits (medical, dental, vision).
