Elevate your customer service career with DUCA as a full-time Member Service Representative in Streetsville. Assist Members with financial inquiries and ensure exceptional service delivery. As a Member Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in creating positive experiences for DUCA’s valued Members. This full-time position focuses on engagement and interaction, helping uncover financial needs while providing seamless service. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, building rapport and identifying solutions that empower Members to do more with their finances. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service at the front counter and via phone
- Promote and explain benefits of DUCA’s services
- Make proactive calls to assist Members and book appointments
- Process transactions such as deposits and withdrawals
- Identify and fulfill Members’ various financial service needs
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum two years’ experience in customer service, banking preferred
- Strong understanding of computer systems
- Previous sales experience considered an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
