Johnson Service Group seeks a Senior Business Analyst for an ERP and EAM replacement program. You will support discovery, system requirements, data migration, testing, and deployment activities across the program lifecycle. The work may continue for five or more years if approved.
Key Responsibilities
Support 700-plus global discovery and design workshopsLead end user requirements workshops and document best practicesIdentify data requirements for legacy system migrationSupport testing, knowledge transfer, and deployment activitiesComplete priority project activities across multiple rolesRequirements:
Seven-plus years of Business Analyst experienceThree-plus years with Oracle Fusion or IBM Maximo SaaSLarge-scale ERP, EAM, or billing transformation experienceUnderstanding of systems development, integration, and implementationStrong analysis, documentation, and stakeholder guidance skillsApply your ERP, EAM, requirements, and data migration expertise to support EPCOR’s multi-year transformation program.
