Key Responsibilities
• Draft various commercial and employment agreements
• Collaborate globally with external counsel
• Advise on integrations and post-closing activities
• Provide strategic support for governance initiatives
• Handle additional responsibilities as required
Requirements:
• Active License to practice in Quebec or Ontario
• Approximately 5-10 years of corporate legal experience
• Expertise in drafting and reviewing agreements
• Ability to work with executives and operational teams
