Become part of the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Education as a part-time Professor for the Winter Semester 2027. This role focuses on inclusive classroom strategies and educational practices in a hybrid format. The university seeks candidates who can teach Learning Theories and Practices in Inclusive Classrooms. You will be expected to utilize your understanding of education principles and recent teaching experience in Ontario to enrich students' learning. Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct students on inclusive teaching theories
- Develop course content for diverse learning needs
- grade student submissions and maintain evaluations
- Support students in applying learned strategies
- Work with faculty on pedagogical practices in education
- Must possess a master’s degree in education
- Relevant teaching qualifications for Ontario schools
- Experience in teaching or school board administration
- In-depth knowledge of Ontario Curriculum
- Familiarity with ethical practice standards for educators
