Deliver exceptional guest experiences as a Guest Service Agent at Spring Creek Vacations. This full-time role combines front desk operations and housekeeping duties for efficient property management.
Spring Creek Vacations is seeking a motivated individual to handle both front desk and housekeeping responsibilities. Key skills include excellent communication, strong computer proficiency, and a pleasant telephone manner. While prior experience in hotel cleaning is preferred, enthusiasm for maintaining high standards is a significant asset for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean suites including beds, bathrooms, and kitchens
- Conduct deep cleaning of vacation units annually
- Organize and manage laundry services efficiently
- Process guest reservations using WebRezPro system
- Greet and check in guests, addressing concerns promptly
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physically fit for extended standing and lifting
- Knowledge of local area attractions is a plus
- Experience in commercial or hotel cleaning preferred
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and energetic
