Key Responsibilities
Manage construction phases from mobilization through closeout Maintain schedules, work plans, and resource allocations Monitor budgets, forecasts, variances, and schedule impacts Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, labour, equipment, and materials Prepare reports, inspections, documentation, and handover
Requirements:
Eight or more years of construction project management experience Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Experience with scheduling, cost control, contracts, procurement, and subcontractors Strong construction documentation, analytical, and communication skills Microsoft Office, project tools, Alberta safety knowledge, and valid license Bring civil construction leadership, underground infrastructure knowledge, and disciplined project controls to SCGCC projects in Edmonton. #J-18808-Ljbffr
