JOB DESCRIPTION: $60,000/year - 5 days/week onsite The Team Lead is responsible for coordinating daily production activities, including assigning operators to presses and ensuring mould changes are prepared for start-up. This role involves monitoring production numbers, performing hourly quality inspections, and escalating any quality issues promptly. The Team Lead also counts parts across presses, communicates updates during shift meetings, and supports smooth workflow on the floor to meet production targets.
