- Supervise and coordinate production activities of up to 75 workers
- Implement operational plans for schedule adherence and OTD
- Manage staffing and resource allocation for efficiency
- Drive safety through proactive training and observations
- Champion continuous improvement using JBS tools
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5+ years manufacturing experience
- Leadership background with minimum 3 years in supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain
- Proficient in JBS/Lean tools for improvement
- Excellent analytical skills to manage multiple priorities
