CALGARY Securitas is a global leader in the security industry and has been providing security services since 1899. On-site Guarding, Mobile Patrol Guarding, Leading Technology Solutions, Remote Guarding, and Investigations. We are seeking a qualified Control Room Operator to support site security operations. The successful candidate will monitor CCTV systems, manage access control, and respond to security related incidents in a fast-paced control room environment. These are full-time opportunities, and all shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a computer skills assessment as part of the pre-employment evaluation process. We value diversity and inclusion and encourage all qualified people to apply. Monitor CCTV systems and identify irregular or suspicious activities. Enforce all control room protocols without exception. Manage access control for staff, contractors, and visitors. Respond to alarms and security alerts in real time. Communicate with on-site security personnel and law enforcement to coordinate responses. Ensure compliance with all company policies and security procedures. Valid provincial Security Guard License. Working knowledge of security operations and procedures. Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple security platforms. Prior control room/Call Centre or CCTV experience strongly preferred. Reliable, punctual, and able to work various shifts as needed. Must be available in the daytime, evening and overnight shifts as needed.
