Enhance Beacon Software’s operations as an Operational Software Engineer. Engage directly with business units to streamline tasks through innovative agent-driven software. You will develop and deploy AI-driven automation tools that empower these units to work more efficiently. This hands-on position is ideal for proactive engineers eager to see their code directly improve business processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Finance, Legal, and M&A to analyze workflows
- Identify key areas for agentic tool deployment
- Build integrations and user interfaces for automation
- Monitor and improve system performance through feedback
- Standardize automation processes for broader engineering teams
- 1-4 years of software engineering experience
- Strong command of Python, TypeScript, or Go
- Practical knowledge of LLMs and AI frameworks
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication
- Interest in business operations and efficiency improvements
