Elevate manufacturing excellence with Trimaster as a Continuous Improvement Leader. This role focuses on coaching front-line teams and instilling a culture of problem-solving in a precision machining environment. Trimaster is a high precision machine shop supporting the aerospace, defense, and energy sectors. As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will guide employees in leading Kaizen events and problem-solving initiatives. Your ability to foster team capability and drive consistency in operations will ensure Trimaster's growth aligns with the company's core values. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Kaizen events and value stream mapping
- Build front-line employee problem-solving capability
- Strengthen tiered management and performance monitoring
- Drive standard operating systems and coaching practices
- Implement Lean tools and sustain continuous improvement initiatives
- 5+ years leading continuous improvement in manufacturing
- Experience in Lean and problem-solving coaching
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Manufacturing experience, particularly in precision machining
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related fields
