In-Home Assisted Living Inc. (IHAL) is seeking dedicated, caring, and reliable Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and Caregivers to support our clients in the comfort of their homes. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality, client-centred care, we would love to hear from you. Shift: 3:00pm-9:00pm Personal Support & Daily Care Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Support mobility, walking, and safe transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair) Home Support Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment Prepare and serve meals based on client preferences and dietary needs Health & Safety Assistance Provide medication reminders and help monitor daily routines Complete daily care reports and communicate observations to the Case Manager or healthcare team Companionship & Emotional Support Promote comfort, dignity, independence, and well-being PSW Certificate required Minimum 1 year of caregiving or PSW experience Training in Gentle Persuasive Approaches (GPA) or Non-Violent Crisis Prevention preferred CPR/First Aid Certification required Ability to use a mobile phone for documentation and time tracking Comfort, Safety & Health First Competitive Pay: $23.00/hour Flexible Scheduling If you are a compassionate, dedicated PSW committed to providing exceptional care, we want to hear from you Please submit your resume, PSW certificate, and any relevant credentials to apply.
