Lead GA4 implementation for ServiceOntario’s Customer Experience platform, using web analytics and reporting to support informed digital decisions.
This senior Information Management Specialist assignment focuses on Google Analytics 4 configuration, data tracking, and stakeholder reporting. You will define events, properties, and dimensions while analyzing user journeys, traffic sources, conversion paths, and web performance. The work connects product, development, UX/UI, business, and IT teams around analytics objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure GA4 properties, streams, tagging, and debugging
- Define custom events, user properties, and dimensions
- Build GA4 and Looker Studio dashboards for stakeholders
- Analyze behavior patterns, funnels, traffic, and conversion paths
- Present findings and train teams on analytics reports
Requirements:
- Google Analytics 4 and Universal Analytics experience
- Looker reports, PowerBI, and Microsoft Excel proficiency
- GA4 migration, reporting continuity, and data integration experience
- Ability to communicate analytics concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
- Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and multiple projects
