Savers / Value Village is hiring both full-time and part-time Sales Associates. In this impactful role, you’ll assist customers, support the mission of reuse, and collaborate with a diverse team. With excellent onboarding and ongoing training, this position fosters personal and professional development in a purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer support on the sales floor
• Keep displays and merchandise organized and appealing
• Facilitate donor interactions and showcase sustainability
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals
• Engage in continuous training provided by Savers University

Requirements:
• Interest in thrift and sustainable practices
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
• Strong interest in sales and customer service
• Flexibility in scheduling for hours
