Sephora Canada is seeking a Manager, Social Impact & Sustainability to lead programs across Canada—driving employee giving, matching gifts, volunteering, and partnerships. The role also covers sustainability initiatives in packaging, waste reduction, and take-back programs, while growing employee engagement and cross-team collaboration.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in CSR/ESG, strong data and Excel skills, budget management experience, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
