Lead HMR customer service and sales at Your Independent Grocer while coaching colleagues and maintaining strong retail standards. Work includes evenings, weekends, and Holidays.
As HMR Department Manager, you will immediately influence sales and customer satisfaction through customer-first leadership. You will anticipate shopper needs, build loyalty, and support colleagues through coaching and motivation. The position requires retail or food services management experience, with department-specific experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Anticipate customer needs and put customers first
- Lead, coach, and motivate colleagues toward success
- Foster colleague growth through positive workplace relationships
- Maintain merchandising and operational standards
- Deliver departmental sales and financial objectives
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service and loyalty-building skills
- Previous management experience in retail or food services
- Department-specific experience preferred
- Ability to develop relationships and engage colleagues
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and Holidays
