Software design and implementation for call processing as well as operation, administration, maintenance and provisioning (OAM&P) of call management systems on Windows platforms. Design software for communications equipment on Windows platforms using: OO design, C# for Windows, .
NET environment, C++, TCL, Bash shell Socket programming Develop and adapt extensible client-server-based User Interfaces and Web applications in .
NET and Java. Develop, design, code, unit test, debug, integrate, document and participate in full life cycle of software development activities using Agile methodology. Attend meetings, report progress, take technical leadership and ownership of assigned design work. Keen interest in real-time programming and communication protocols. Fluent with OO design, client-server architecture, Web service programming. Language: English or French, bilingual will be considered an asset. Experience with cloud native design, stateless services, in-memory databases, store-and-forward queues. Experience with Mapping or GIS (Geographic Information System) application development. University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science Employees may be subject to random, reasonable suspicion, and post-incident testing.
