Train Hydrafacial customers and providers on devices, treatments, and products throughout an assigned region with extensive travel. Clinical education drives this field-based assignment.
As an On-Call Regional Training Specialist, you will deliver post-sale education and set up capital equipment for aesthetic practices, med-spas, and resort spas. You will partner with Training & Education, Marketing, field sales, corporate, retail, and HFX franchise teams. The work supports Hydrafacial awareness and utilization across regional lines of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct new device installations throughout the assigned region
- Deliver hands-on clinical training for new providers
- Provide refresher training within assigned territory
- Perform treatments for corporate and marketing initiatives
- Coordinate routing, schedules, travel, and training locations
Requirements:
- College degree or Licensed Esthetician credential
- Three-plus years of related esthetics or clinical training experience
- Field-based experience requiring seventy-five percent or more travel
- Knowledge of skincare ingredients and concerns
- Strong organization, follow-up, prioritization, and communication skills
Bring clinical training, skincare knowledge, and organized regional coverage to Hydrafacial customers, providers, and business partners.
