Production data accuracy drives this computer-based clerk role at Heidelberg Materials, supporting plant systems, inventory records, and operational information daily. As a Production Data Clerk, you will enter, verify, and maintain high-volume production data. The work includes reviewing counts, production draws, inventory information, Bills of Materials, and production outputs. You will collaborate with production, sales, engineering, and shipping/receiving teams.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain production data in plant systems Review counts, production draws, and inventory information Confirm Bills of Materials and production output accuracy Ensure data flows correctly into billing and operations Resolve discrepancies with cross-functional plant and office teams

Requirements:
Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry Confidence using computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets Effective communication with plant and office teams Ability to prioritize tasks reliably in production environments Titan or similar system experience preferred Use precise data entry, system validation, and communication skills to support Heidelberg Materials production operations and inventory accuracy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
