Diesel Technology students can earn tuition support at C & B Operations, LLC in Edgerton, Minnesota, with paid internship training.
This full-time, on-site program supports students enrolled in accredited Diesel Technology programs. Complete a required paid internship through C & B while attending school, then pursue a full-time Service Technician position after graduation. Tuition expenses may be reimbursed monthly over five years, up to $25,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in required paid internship activities
- Build technical skills related to diesel service work
- Complete assignments, labwork, and required training
- Learn John Deere and competitive product knowledge
- Maintain safe, clean, orderly work areas
Requirements:
- Currently attend or hold acceptance to an accredited Diesel Technology Program
- Maintain a 3.2 GPA or higher
- Meet educational institution attendance requirements
- Hold a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Pass pre-employment drug test and background check
Develop diesel service skills through paid internship experience and tuition reimbursement while preparing for Service Technician employment after graduation.
