Join Prep Academy Tutors of Durham as a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) or Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) to transform educational growth for children with ASD. Collaborate within a supportive team to deliver individualized behaviour intervention plans.
In this role, you will oversee behavioural programming and work closely with tutors, families, and other professionals to ensure consistent and high-quality support for students. You will develop strategies for skill growth in areas like executive functioning and social skills while maintaining ethical standards and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop individualized behaviour intervention plans
• Supervise tutors implementing ABA-based strategies
• Collaborate with families and teachers for cohesive support
• Provide parent coaching to promote at-home consistency
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with standards
Requirements:
• Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) or BCBA in good standing
• Experience with children having ASD or developmental disabilities
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and strategies
• Experience in supervising ABA therapists
