- Champion program scope, cost, and risk management
- Liaise with customers and stakeholders for effective execution
- Plan key programmatic and technical reviews
- Develop performance metrics and status reports
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- 7+ years in aerospace or high-reliability industries
- Bachelor’s or master’s in a related technical discipline
- Knowledgeable in satellite development processes
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
