- Provide outstanding service via phone, email, and in-person
- Process rental quotes, reservations, and contracts accurately
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment
- Establish relationships with new and existing customers
- Coordinate equipment rentals, deliveries, and returns
- Prior experience in customer service or sales roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license required
