- Direct management of labs and workshops
- Champion safety compliance and equipment maintenance
- Facilitate effective prototyping and fabrication processes
- Organize laboratory scheduling and resource management
- Promote continuous improvement in lab operations
- Engineering degree or relevant science qualification
- Over 5 years of relevant hands-on experience
- Experience with testing and sports science labs
- Proficient in engineering software and fabrication tools
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
