As a Retail Shift Leader, you will support store management and oversee daily operations when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is absent. The position emphasizes staff direction, customer service, inventory management, sales targets, and store standards. You will also uphold company policies, health, safety, and security requirements during shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and facilitate daily store operations
- Direct, guide, and instruct store associates
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues appropriately
- Oversee inventory processes and management on shift
- Achieve sales targets and store-level key performance indicators
Requirements:
- Valid SellSafe Certification
- Two years of retail work experience
- High school and relevant technical training completion
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Availability for nights, holidays, weekends, and different locations
