Elevate healthcare standards at Dynacare as a Regional Quality Manager based in Brampton, ON. Focus on quality assurance and regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of safety. In this permanent, full-time role, you will lead quality initiatives, guide staff through audits, and uphold regulatory standards. Your expertise in quality assurance and laboratory accreditation will be vital in making a meaningful impact on patient care and organizational efficiency. You’ll collaborate with teams to ensure optimal performance in quality metrics. Key Responsibilities:
- Support strategic operational planning and budget management
- Draft and update Quality Assurance SOPs regularly
- Organize external inspections with regulatory agencies
- Lead internal quality assurance audits and staff training
- Monitor and report on quality performance metrics
- Knowledge of quality assurance programs and audits
- Familiarity with laboratory accreditation processes
- MLT, BSc or relevant post-secondary education
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Capability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
