Become a pivotal part of Sterling Rivers as a People Operations Generalist in a hybrid role. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workplace operations while enhancing employee support and workplace systems. Sterling Rivers is seeking an experienced People Operations Generalist to enhance employee journeys from hiring through daily support. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding experiences, and employee queries while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. This role requires strong judgment, organizational skills, and a builder's mindset to develop processes and systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and draft employment contracts
- Design impactful onboarding experiences aligned with culture
- Address employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits
- Develop policies that meet current legislation
- Oversee office operations, supplies, and event coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business
- 3+ years of HR generalist experience
- Knowledge of Ontario employment law
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
