Key Responsibilities
Lead multi-project long-term care redevelopment delivery Set program strategy, standards, controls, and KPIs Review budgets, schedules, procurement, and execution plans Resolve risks, issues, claims, and change orders Report performance to Senior Leadership and Development Partners
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline 12+ years’ progressive construction delivery experience 5+ years’ senior leadership experience on complex projects Experience managing $100M+ new-build construction Advanced budgeting, scheduling, contract, and risk expertise Bring long-term care construction leadership, program governance, financial oversight, and stakeholder management to Extendicare’s redevelopment portfolio. #J-18808-Ljbffr
