Join ITW as a Regional Trainer focused on welding processes, enhancing distributor and customer engagement. This role demands expertise in welding along with strong training delivery capabilities. You will oversee the region's training initiatives, working collaboratively with sales teams to bolster distributor effectiveness. The position encompasses creating tailored training sessions utilizing various methods, including in-person demonstrations and virtual learning. Your deep understanding of welding processes will enhance the confidence and technical prowess among channel partners and support new training initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support annual training schedules with sales managers
  • Deliver engaging training through diverse formats
  • Collaborate on the development of training materials
  • Facilitate distributor onboarding and program adoption
  • Evaluate training success and participant feedback
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of welding experience with various processes
  • Proven experience in technical instruction and sales enablement
  • Excellent facilitation and influencing skills
  • Strong understanding of ITW products and systems
  • Organized and self-directed with travel flexibility
