Lead client support for aircraft and fleet customers through engine shop visits, combining contract knowledge with strong communication onsite in Longueuil, QC.
As Aviation Customer Manager, you will serve as the main client contact for pre-delivery and after-sale support. Insight Global's aerospace client needs commercial and technical service management across customer relationships. Your work will connect customer interests with internal technical teams while supporting pricing, scope, logistics, and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent customer interests within the aerospace company
- Bridge customers and technical teams throughout service activities
- Manage shop visit logistics and coordinated events
- Approve cost estimates and negotiate with customers
- Review invoices and coordinate payment before return to service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, commerce, or related studies
- Three to ten years of experience
- Strong project and event management capability
- Exceptional communication skills
- Relevant aerospace or automotive background; French is an asset
