Support Real Estate Middle Office operations at IMCO using Excel, Power BI, and cash-flow analysis in downtown Toronto’s office-first hybrid model. Monitor liquidity and prepare reports during the May-to-August 2027 summer term.
This internship suits undergraduate Finance or Math students and recent graduates entering investment management. You will support the Real Estate Pool through daily cash monitoring, IRR and MOIC calculations, and stakeholder coordination. The program includes a four-month paid placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily cash activities, balances, and Real Estate Pool liquidity
- Manage the credit facility to maintain adequate liquidity
- Prepare IRR and MOIC performance calculations
- Develop the 10-Year Cash Flow Projection Report
- Coordinate quarterly reporting and stakeholder support
Requirements:
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance or Math
- Completed at least two co-op work terms
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Power BI
- Working knowledge of databases, VBA, and Python preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Build investment management experience through liquidity monitoring, financial analysis, reporting, and stakeholder coordination at IMCO.
