Join Dexterra Group as a Service Electrician in Southern Ontario. Provide expert electrical services across retail commercial buildings and ensure high standards of safety and compliance. As a skilled Service Electrician, you will drive a fully equipped service vehicle, addressing service calls and independently diagnosing electrical issues. Your focus will be on minimizing downtime for clients while delivering top-notch repairs on diverse electrical systems in commercial facilities. Regular working hours are Monday to Friday, with possible on-call emergency duties. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client service calls
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems independently
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
- Prepare detailed quotes for repairs or upgrades
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Licensed 309A Journeyperson or Fifth year apprentice
- 5+ years in commercial electrical systems preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills for various voltages
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
