Solving HR Challenges with Technology | IT Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute strategic initiatives within the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical capabilities.
- Build strong partnerships across internal teams and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and shared success.
- Design and drive implementation of scalable frameworks that can be leveraged across multiple services.
- Apply financial expertise to guide product/program decisions and optimize resource allocation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical product or program management.
- Solid foundation in finance, with the ability to translate financial insights into strategic action.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
