The Sudbury Catholic District School Board seeks an Occasional Teacher for a long term assignment at St. Charles College. Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Grade 8 within an inclusive Catholic learning community
- Use diagnostic assessments to inform teaching and learning
- Apply differentiated instructional approaches within the classroom
- Implement effective classroom management strategies
- Participate in ongoing literacy and numeracy initiatives
Requirements:
- Current good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers
- Qualification in the Intermediate Division
- Knowledge of current Ministry initiatives
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Knowledge of IPRC and IEP planning requirements
Support Grade 8 learners through Catholic Education, classroom management, assessment, and differentiated instruction at St. Charles College.
