Your insights will help identify patterns that signal risks or opportunities for improvement, all while working independently or as part of a high-performing team. This is an excellent chance to directly influence compliance processes at Smart Circle. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed payroll audits of third-party vendors
- Assess compliance with wage/hour regulations
- Use Salesforce to record audit results and insights
- Review findings collaboratively with vendors
- Assist in broader compliance initiatives as assigned
- Minimum 3 years in payroll or accounting
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook required
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
