The Elite Job is seeking an experienced and passionate Remote Luxury Travel Consultant to provide exceptional, personalized travel planning services to our high-end clients. This role involves creating customized travel itineraries, recommending exclusive destinations, and delivering white-glove customer service. Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget for luxury experiences. Design and curate personalized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and unique experiences. Provide expert advice on premium destinations, luxury resorts, and exclusive travel packages. Maintain strong relationships with travel partners, suppliers, and vendors to secure the best deals and upgrades. Offer round-the-clock client support during their travel to ensure a seamless experience. Stay updated on the latest trends in luxury travel, VIP packages, and destination requirements. Manage inquiries promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Proven experience in luxury travel consulting or a similar role in the travel industry. Strong knowledge of international destinations, luxury hotels, resorts, and exclusive travel experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach. Proficiency in using online booking systems, CRM tools, and virtual communication platforms. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote setting. Minimum: 2+ years in luxury travel consulting or high-end hospitality. Prior experience in dealing with VIP clients or premium services is highly desirable. Flexible work-from-home schedule. Availability to accommodate different time zones and client travel emergencies when needed. In-depth understanding of luxury travel trends, destinations, and exclusive experiences. Ability to work under pressure and deliver outstanding service for discerning clientele. Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in virtual tools for remote work.
