Take charge of residential and mixed-use projects with Buildforth by Paradigm as a Project Manager. This remote role offers flexibility while leading construction projects across British Columbia and Alberta. Buildforth is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential and mixed-use construction projects. With responsibilities that include budgeting, site coordination, and mentoring Junior Project Managers, this role is perfect for a seasoned construction leader. You will impact projects from pre-construction to completion while maintaining close communication with diverse teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project delivery from pre-construction to final completion
- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and scopes of work
- Oversee procurement to ensure timely material delivery
- Monitor project milestones and maintain active site presence
- Mentor Junior Project Managers and promote team culture
- Degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- Proven ability in complex contract management
- Proficient in project management software
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
