S. real estate transactions, directly reporting to the CIO and ownership. Leading a team of three analysts, you’ll execute financing strategies, manage lender relationships, and negotiate transactions, ensuring your influence on investment and capital decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop sophisticated financing strategies for diverse real estate investments
• Structure and negotiate debt with various capital providers
• Lead comprehensive underwriting and financial analysis
• Manage all aspects of financing transactions from start to finish
• Oversee existing debt portfolio, including refinancing and restructuring
Requirements:
• 5+ years in commercial real estate finance
• Proven track record in negotiating financing terms
• Strong knowledge of various CRE debt structures
• Fluent in English and French
