Summary As a Sales Associate at a high jewelry maison, you will deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals in a luxury boutique. You will build lasting client relationships, grow a loyal clientele, and support High Jewelry sales. Responsibilities Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional client service. Develop new business through community events, boutique events, and curated clienteling outreach. Oversee CRM initiatives, including client data accuracy, communications, gifting campaigns, and reporting. Set up and break down displays and maintain the boutique's aesthetic quality. Travel as required. Requirements A bachelor's degree or jewelry certification and 7 years of experience preferred. Ability to build long-lasting client relationships in a fast-paced luxury environment.
