Lead Hollman's HR function as the Director of Human Resources, enhancing employee relations and compliance in a dynamic operational environment. This hands-on role requires expertise in HR processes and strategic leadership. As a vital member of Hollman, Inc., you will oversee the HR function and lead the HR team while fostering strong relationships across the organization. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing employee relations, and enhancing performance management systems. A deep understanding of both frontline and salaried roles will be vital for your success in this leadership position. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Human Resources operations and team development
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership
- Establish consistent HR policies and documentation standards
- Conduct workplace investigations and address employee concerns
- Oversee recruiting and onboarding processes for various roles
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 7-10+ years leadership experience in HR
- HR expertise in manufacturing or similar settings
- Strong knowledge of Texas employment laws
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to support a diverse workforce
